Final Project - Check-in Questions
1. What is the MESSAGE behind your design? My design's message is the audience has a responsibility to our environment and our earth and that what we do, big or small, effects that. Simply put - "The World is in Your Hands" (the title of the book). 2. How is your design INTERACTIVE- what will the viewer do to get the info? As a book, my design needs to be opened to get the information. Additionally, if the book is opened all the way, it will make a globe-like object, reinforcing the earth theme. 3. What is your color scheme? My color scheme is analogous "cool" colors (plus some shades of yellow). Obviously, it borrows a lot of color from the actually Earth, except more saturated. 4. What part of your design is the EMPHASIS? The text, naturally, is emphasized in my design. It is bright white and centerfold. Neither my design nor my model is terribly complicated (lots of simple geometric shapes), so the text stands out rather well.
